I am a consultant clinical neuropsychologist, skilled in helping people navigate change and thrive. I have 25 years experience of delivering high-quality therapy with adults across the lifespan in hospital, residential, community settings, as well as in private practice. I have worked in health care services in Ireland, UK and the Isle of Man.
I have trained in a range of therapies including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Compassionate Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy.
Individual Therapy
I support people experiencing a wide range of difficulties, including: abuse, addiction, adjustment, anxiety, bereavement, depression, disordered eating, emotion regulation problems, low self-esteem, neurodiversity, neurological conditions, perfectionism, physical health conditions, relationship issues, trauma and work-related stress.
Neuropsychological Assessment and Intervention:
I completed post-doctoral training in neuropsychology and provide specialist neuropsychological assessment and intervention for adults with a range of neuropsychological challenges, including: neurodiversity, intellectual disability, acquired and progressive neurological conditions.
Supervision:
I provide supervision for a range of psychologists and mental health professionals. I offer a contained space for professionals to reflect on the work they are doing; also offering a place to care for themselves as both people and professionals.
Workshops, training and consultancy:
I provide workshops, training and consultancy services to voluntary, statutory and private organisations in mental health and disability.
